Once selected, candidates receive comprehensive industry-specific training through our partnerships with leading training organisations, ensuring they possess the necessary hard skills for the job. We focus heavily on soft skills training. We conduct weekly sessions covering crucial areas such as resilience, team-building skills and financial management. Our team works one-on-one with candidates to identify and address any personal roadblocks, developing individualised plans to overcome these challenges. Our work readiness training is thorough and practical, covering everything from setting up phone messages and reviewing resumes and cover letters to teaching interview skills and how to present for work. We equip our candidates with all the tools they need to succeed. Upon completing the program, employers can directly recruit from our pool of trained candidates – candidates that are not only work-ready, but who bring immediate value to your business.
